[Triumf-linux-managers] flash plugin and FF3

If you upgrade to firefox 3, you may notice as I did that flash quit 
working. The popup would offer the upgrade, you try it, and it says 
"already installed". THe reason is that the preferred location for the 
plugin has moved and you may have an old one in ~./mozilla/plugins/
