This issue was forwarded to the TRIUMF HelpDesk 
https://helpdesk.triumf.ca/Ticket/Display.html?id=7172 and Glenn Jones 
from MIS had a look and this is what he had to say:

"I searched our Google appliance to find what why this obsolete page is 
included in the search results, even though we have no link to it on our 
MIS servers. And, it is reporting that no indexed site links to it. Do 
you know if a link existed on another indexed TRIUMF server which has 
already been removed?"
