[Triumf-linux-managers] same for el6, Re: bum update of el7 rpcbind

the same bum update for el6 arrived, all SL6 machines are now broken, too.

baad: rpcbind.x86_64 0:0.2.0-13.el6_9
good: rpcbind.x86_64 0:0.2.0-13.el6

Partial fix: (does not block automatic update)
yum downgrade rpcbind; service ypserv restart; service ypbind restart
