[Triumf-linux-managers] Problems with Centos-7.6 update on some DAQ machines

CentOS-7 machines installed with a TRIUMF kickstart haven't been updated 
yet because they pull updates from mirror.triumf.ca which has a symlink 
that must be manually flipped to point to a new release.  This allows us 
to test before making the new release the default.

We'll test on a couple of CentOS-7 desktop PCs tomorrow.

If we don't see problems, we'll flip the symlink and report here.
