[Triumf-running] Summerfast 10k

Hi Everyone,

The Summerfast 10k race is coming up, and I'm 
writing to put in a good word for it.  It's a 
smaller, more relaxed race put on by a local 
running club.  I did it last year and had a lot of 
fun.

The course is a lap of the Stanley Park seawall so 
it's about as scenic as you can get, and the date 
is July 21 (Saturday) meaning the weather should 
be good.

If you register before May 31, it's quite 
reasonable at $35.

Plus, the running club gives out homemade baked 
treats to the runners after the race.

Rob set up a TRIUMF team that you can join when 
you sign up, and Ben and I (and possibly more) 
have joined.
