[Triumf-running] TRIUMF Running Group - Sun Run Cancellation

Hi Everyone,


It is unfortunate but understandable that this year's Sun Run has been cancelled. On a positive note, any training you have been doing has made you stronger, faster, and healthier.

We will continue the noon hour training runs at TRIUMF if you wish to join in, however we will avoid the high-fives and hand shakes. I will continue to send out weekly Running Group notices to help you maintain your fitness.

Do take good care of yourself and your family and friends.
