[Triumf-running] air quality

Hi everyone,

Please be aware that the air quality is quite bad due to the forest fire
smoke.  I'll be skipping the run today since I'm still feeling the effects of
running in the bad air on Tuesday.  Since the rain is coming tomorrow
and should help clean out the air, I'd suggest taking the rest day
today and planning on getting out in the coming days if you'd like to
make up the time.

If you're still planning on running today anyway, please consider covering your
mouth with a mask and/or reducing the intensity of your run to reduce
the impact of the bad air on your body.
