[Triumf-running] Summerfast 10k and Wednesday

Hi Everyone,

This message is to promote the Summerfast 10k race 
put on by the running club I'm in, VFAC. It's an 
annual event scheduled this year for July 15. The 
course is fast and scenic, going around the 
Stanley Park seawall. Participants also get to 
feast on homemade baking (including many vegan 
options) afterwards. If you might be interested,

I can nearly 100% guarantee that the weather will 
be better than the Sun Run this year.

And with the nicer weather this week, I was 
wondering if anyone would like to join me for a 
track session tomorrow (Wednesday)? I'll be 
leaving from behind the MOB at 12pm sharp, and I'm 
planning on 5x1k with 90s rests with easy jogs 
there and back. Any company would be very welcome!
