[Triumf-running] VFAC Track Series at UBC on August 18

Hi Everyone,

I hope your summer is going well!

This note is to invite everyone to an upcoming 
track meet organized by my (other) running club, 
the Vancouver Falcons. It's scheduled for the 
evening of Friday, August 18, just up the street 
at the UBC track. You can find more details here:

There will be 400m, 800m, 1500m, and 3000m races, 
and you can do as many (or as few) as you want 
with the single registration.

Let me add that the meet is meant to be very 
inclusive and accessible to runners of all 
abilities, including those who have never raced 
(or even run) on a track before. Regular running 
shoes are fine - you don't need track spikes.
