[Triumf-running] Gunner Shaw XC Race - December 2

Hi Everyone,

If you'd like to try a cross country race nearby, 
the Gunner Shaw Memorial XC is set for 11am on 
December 2 at Jericho Beach. There are 5k and 10k 
options, and the course can be very muddy with 
beach sections and a knee-deep water crossing 
(weather permitting). It probably sounds awful and 
silly, and it kind of is, but somehow it's also a 
lot of fun.
