[Triumf-running] Summerfast 10k - July 6

Hi Everyone,

I hope your training for the Sun Run (or anything 
else) is going well!

Every year my (non-TRIUMF) running club holds a 
10k race around the Stanley Park seawall called 
Summerfast. This year it's scheduled for Saturday, 
July 6, at the early hour of 7:30am (which is all 
the Parks Board would give us but on the plus side 
will help avoid the heat).

On top of being fun community race on beautiful, 
scenic, and fast course, the event features free 
baking at the finish line including numerous vegan 
and gluten-free options. With a bit of training 
and effort, you can recover your race fee on the 
goodies alone.

Note that the early-bird rate is $35, and it goes 
up by $10 after tomorrow.
