[Triumf-running] Reminder: Run Tomorrow

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to send out a reminder that we'll be doing another
lunchtime run tomorrow, Wednesday April 30 at noon.  We'll assemble
outside the badge room around 12:00pm and will head off around 12:05pm.

Tomorrow's run will be a fairly easy shakeout run to stay active while
not straining ourselves too much before the Sun Run on Sunday.
