Title:     Design Status for a 2-Step Target at ISAC, and Predicted Yields

Abstract: The 2-step target concept is described, and the status of  the design for a prototype 
target to be tested at ISAC is presented. Rubidium and cesium isotope production rates 
as neutron-rich fission products are illustrated, for the assumed target configuration.
Issues associated with each step of the 2-step target design are described.
