Title:     OLIS analyzing magnet studies & proposal for improvements

Abstract: Gabe Weibe will present his findings of the OLIS analyzing magnet studies done under Keerthi Jayamanna and Friedhelm Ames.
The presentation will lead to proposals for future improvements of the OLIS analyzing magnet.

student presentation: Gabe Weibe will present his findings of the OLIS analyzing magnet studies. He will also present some proposals for future improvements. Gabe has produced a Matlab-based application for precisely determining the correct magnetic field to separate out a particular mass and charge state. He will describe his work and the hardware used to interface with the magnet.
