Title:     3N Forces: From Neutron Matter to Neutron Stars

Abstract: Recently there have been various indications that three-nucleon forces play an important role in nuclear systems. Starting from chiral low-momentum interactions I will investigate their impact on the properties of neutron and nuclear matter. Based on these results I will discuss the consequences on the properties of neutron stars and the pairing properties of finite nuclei.
