Title:     PSI/CERN Visit November 2011

Abstract: At the end of November 2011, we (VT & JC) visited PSI and CERN.
The purpose of our visit was to learn from these labs' experience on
Control Rooms and Operations amalgamation as well as their operator
training programme.
During this talk we will share with you what we have learnt.
