Title: New Models of Baryogenesis

Abstract: The excess of matter over antimatter observed in the Universe is a clue that our description of the laws of Nature is incomplete, requiring the existence of new particles and interactions. Dynamical mechanisms for generating this asymmetry early in the Universe’s history are generically termed baryogenesis. I will describe a new mechanism for baryogenesis at low temperatures, i.e. below the QCD confinement temperature, involving the CP-violating oscillation of fermions made of strongly interacting particles. I will also make connections to neutron-antineutron oscillations, clearing up issues that exist in the literature. In addition, novel experimental tests will be discussed.
