Title:     Chiral Gauge Theories for Dark Sector Construction

Abstract: To date, particle physicists have one reasonably successful quantum field theory that describes the interactions of fundamental particles, the Standard Model. Using the Standard Model as inspiration, I will discuss a straightforward process that uses a larger symmetry group, such as SO(10), to generate an anomaly-free, chiral subgroup, that can also be non-Abelian. I will also discuss a particular one of these subgroups, and our effort to use it as a solution to the dark matter and neutrino mass puzzles.
