Dear ECS Users,

Please note that all associated MeetingPlace (abm.es.net) services including 
web scheduling, data collaboration, and audio conferencing will be unavailable 
from 8am-5pm Pacific Time on Friday, April 23, 2009.

With the immediate goal of preventing future incidents like today's 
MeetingPlace outage, ESnet has prioritized the major software and hardware 
upgrades originally planned for later this year.  In addition to increasing the 
overall reliability of MeetingpPlace, the upgraded system will provide users 
with an expanded feature set, greater usability with current browsers, and 
ultimately a more productive collaboration experience.

We thank you all for your patronage and support in our continual efforts to 
improve the services we provide to all the members of our distinguished user 
community.
