[Videoconferencing] Swapping H323 sets between ISAC2 222,223

I propose to swap the Polycom Viewstations in the ISAC2 video room (222) 
and next door (223).

The one in 223 is newer and has native multipoint capability. We need the 
multipoint for a physics course, but also want the second camera 
capability that is only in 222.

Any objections ?

I.e. is anyone using the multipoint feature in 223 that can't use the ECS 
MCU and can't move to 222 ?
