[Videoconferencing] Projector issues in ISAC2

The left Hitachi (1280x1024) projector in the ISAC2 video room has come 
down with the yellow blight. (A big blob of no-blue in the middle of the 
screen)

This seems to be a problem with this projector model (now out of warranty 
and somewhat obsolete). The right one had this problem in 2007 and was 
replaced by an identical model from the auditorium. It was unfixable 
according to the reseller.

We hope to replace the Hitachis with Dell 5100MP. It will probably take 
some time to get all the functionality back, as the Dell only has one VGA 
input connector. (the Hitachi has 2 and we use both)

Meanwhile the right-hand projector is still working normally for H323, 
laptops (laptop #3) and the console (if applications are dragged across 
to the right screen).
The 1024x768 Sony projector on the left wall is also available for laptop 
use.
