[Videoconferencing] MOB Conference Room screen layout

The projector and monitor in the MOB Conference Room now behave like in
ISAC2 223 - i.e. two independant screens.

If you want an application to run on the projector screen, you start it
on the projector screen. If you start it on the monitor, it stays there.
The projector screen is "right" of the monitor screen, as in real life.
Moving the mouse beyond the right edge of the monitor screen will move it
onto the projector screen

This is now the default and only setting; the machine still starts in
runlevel 5 (graphical login).

Other possibilities that can be considered are xinerama (you can drag
things between screens, but sometimes they appear on the projector screen
when it's off), and, I think, cloned (as before). If there is demand I
can start it in runlevel 4 (text console) and have startx2, startx2m as
in ISAC2.

When the machine was upgraded, we chose a dual-head video card but kept
the xorg driver and VGA splitter used with the old machine. I have
removed the splitter to use elsewhere and connected both displays
directly to the card using an Nvidia driver.
