[Videoconferencing] EVO video problem, MOB cameras

The ceiling in the MOB conference room has been replaced. It looks much
nicer, but the first I knew of it was seeing it torn apart yesterday.

The ceiling cameras that point at the screen have not been replaced. The
ceiling crew say they will do it, but the alignment may be off until I
can check. Or they may not work. They say they didn't touch anything
(e.g. they worked tiles around the speaker cables rather than
disconnecting them)

I tested H323 and EVO. I had to reboot the computer to get the screens to
come up, but it seems OK. I have not checked the digital presenter, but
it should not have been touched. The projector works; I did not check the
laptop connection which is under a plastic dustsheet. The work crew
should finish up tomorrow.

The video in EVO does not appear to work in the MOB or the auditorium,
or possibly ISAC2.
EVO was switched to version 2.0 at the end of June. EVO 2.0 was working
in the MOB earlier this week. There may have been a minor version change.
The issue is that we cannot transmit video at all.
I have sent a report to the maintainers.
Meanwhile, EVO 1.5 is available from the startup web page (a small link
unded the big Start button). Video works OK in that.

I am away next week so will not be able to check for 10 days or so.
