[Videoconferencing] MOB cameras, ESnet gatekeeper

MOB cameras

I have replaced the auxiliary cameras in the main conference room. They
are swapped over (gold vs. black) compared to before, but this should not
matter as they both point at the screen. The H323 one is as before on the
VCR icon (the second camera input is S-Video, and the small cameras don't
have that).

The new halogen lighting gets in the way of the camera, but I hope that
is not a big problem. The halogens may be better to use during video
meetings. The circuits for the fluorescent panels have been rearranged
for some reason into North/South cf. East/West so we can no longer turn
off the panels near the screen.

  ESnet gatekeeper

Last week, on Wed July 21, ESnet upgraded the gatekeeper used by the
(Polycom viewstation) H323 sets here. I had missed seeing the
announcement, but I believe I tested the MOB set the next day and it was
working fine.

On the 23rd and 27th (when I was away) we could not get any viewstation
to work with the gatekeeper configured, so it was disabled. It seems OK
now, but I have left if off as I will be away next week. This means ESnet
ad-hoc conferences will not work (85xxxx numbers). Please contact Len Ho
or Kel Raywood if you need this facility.
