Unfortunately, due to an idiotic and embarrassing mistake, the data was 
lost. Please resubmit the form.

(if by some wild chance you still have a cached copy, or your browser 
remembers the values, that's fine - it's the handler that broke)

Many apologies. As far as I can tell, the file permissions of the 
logfile got messed up after I had tested everything, perhaps when I 
deleted a lot of test results, and I had lazily not verified that the
file write had succeeded before returning "Thank you - accepted".
