[Videoconferencing] ECS: Video Conferencing Service-Customer Survey

If you use the H323 videoconferencing service (the Polycoms or LifeSize 
in the boardroom), please fill in this short survey.

We use the ECS gatekeeper to get GDS (global dialling service), and their 
MCUs when we do multi-way conferences (dialling numbers like 823787)
