[Videoconferencing] Echo canceller in ISAC2 223

After replacing the failed power supply, the echo canceller has been 
re-installed in ISAC2 room 223

So the speakerphone is no longer shared with EVO, and the Shure microphone 
(with the green light) is used instead. The sound comes out of the 
speakers on the wall, as for the H323 viewstation. There is no need to 
switch the interconnect box or turn on the speakerphone.
