On Thursday March 31 at 12:30pm, UBC Information Technology services will be giving a presentation in the Auditorium about the room's A/V and videoconferencing system as well as the video (lecture) capture system. In particular they will be detailing the support services that they are offering.

Some hands-on demos will be offered for those seeking a brief tutorial on the system
