Dear XeSAT 2026 student and postdoc attendees,

Thank you for submitting abstracts for XeSAT 2026 at TRIUMF!

The first day of the conference will feature a poster session at the welcome reception, which takes place on Tuesday, May 19. As part of the session, there will be a friendly judged poster competition for student and postdoctoral presenters, with prizes for the winners. Due to conference time constraints and the large number of invited and contributed talks, we are inviting some of you who submitted contributed talks to present posters instead of shorter talks. Those of you who already submitted abstracts received direct emails about this. Additionally, if you are a student or postdoc who is already giving a talk (either invited or contributed), you are still strongly encouraged to also present a poster and participate in the poster competition. If choosing to do so, please inform the organizing committee by March 23. Note that you are welcome to present a poster while opting out of the competition component.

Please ensure your poster is no larger than the 121.9 cm x 91.4 cm (48 inch x 36 inch), roughly A0 size. Portrait is preferred, but both portrait and landscape orientations are acceptable. Posters will be judged based on science content and oral and visual science communication.

Please let us know if you have questions regarding the poster session. More detailed information will be provided closer to the date.
