We very much look forward to your contributions to the workshop. Please note the following important points regarding registration and accommodation: If you have not already done so: * Please submit your abstract under the ?Invited Speakers? category, ideally within the next few days. * Please register on Indico. The information provided during registration is essential for the organization of the meeting, in particular for preparing invitation letters for overseas speakers. We would like to remind you that the early-bird registration deadline is February 27. Information on registration fees and fee payment procedure is available here. We have observed a significant increase in accommodation prices in the Vancouver area over the past weeks. Although XeSAT does not overlap with the World Cup dates, prices appear to have been rising in the weeks leading up to it. To help mitigate this, we have pre-booked TRIUMF house rooms. In addition, we are working to secure a block of rooms in an on-campus hostel. These rooms will be allocated with priority given to early-career speakers. We will inform you by February 20 about remaining room availability and the booking procedure. If you would like to book your accommodation before this date here is a list of options on UBC campus (shorter distance to TRIUMF than downtown options) for your consideration - West Coast Suites: Hotel-style,1-bedroom suites. - Gage Suites: furnished hotel-style suites. - Pacific Spirit Hostel: affordable, hostel-style, and dorm-style rooms - Carey Center : furnished, independent, and shared student residence options The first three options are searchable under the same link Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
