We have observed a significant increase in accommodation prices in the Vancouver area over the past weeks. Although XeSAT does not overlap with the World Cup dates, prices appear to have been rising in the weeks leading up to it.</div>

To help mitigate this, we have pre-booked TRIUMF house rooms. In addition, we are working to secure a block of rooms in an on-campus hostel. These rooms will be allocated with priority given to early-career speakers. We will inform you by
