Dear XeSAT2026 attendees,

XeSAT is now about a month away, and we look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver. Please see the following updates:

Timetable
The timetable has been published: https://indico.triumf.ca/event/803/timetable/#20260519
If you require any changes to your scheduled contribution, please let us know as soon as possible.
Invited talks are 30 minutes total, including questions (25 min talk + 5 min Q&A).
Contributed talks are 15 minutes total (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A).

Registration
The fee payment system (https://mis.triumf.ca/events/event.jsf?confcode=XeSAT2026) is scheduled to close on April 20. A few participants have not yet completed their payment. If this applies to you, please proceed as soon as possible.

Rooms at TRIUMF House
Three rooms remain available. We have extended the hold until April 20 (evening, CET).
If you still require accommodation, please follow the instructions below before April 20. After this time, the hold will be released and the instructions will no longer be valid; you may then contact housing at triumf.ca <mailto:housing at triumf.ca> directly.

Industry Panel
An industry panel featuring xenon gas suppliers will take place on Thursday. For compliance reasons, questions must be vetted in advance. Please submit your questions via this Google Doc  <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1k2xdwcD8sxiANqmZ2BfzrDXrK_9w-PjUFbaq-2HKH2s/edit?tab=t.0>by May 1.

Excursions
Excursions are planned for Wednesday, highlighting the cultural heritage and natural beauty of the Canadian west coast.

Ground transportation will be organized between venues. Participants who wish may also walk between locations along a scenic beach, so we recommend bringing suitable walking shoes. More details will be provided closer to the event start date.

Instructions to book a room at TRIUMF house

- Click the link –secure.webrez.com/hotel/3850 <http://secure.webrez.com/hotel/3850>

- You must enter the TRIUMF group code XeSAT2602 to view availability and rates. 

- Please note that the group code is only valid for the dates between May 15-23, 2026 (if you wish and assuming TRIUMF house availabilities you might be able to extend your stay by sending an email to housing at triumf.ca <mailto:housing at triumf.ca>)

- Select the room you wish to book.

Credit card is required to book a room. There is no charges at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon arrival.
