Dear XeSAT 2026 attendees,

We have been informed that some speakers have received scam emails regarding accommodation in Vancouver. The subject is something like: "Accommodation in Vancouver - 19-22 May 2026 - TRIUMF Auditorium”, and the email comes from "lodgings at converiatravels.com<mailto:lodgings at converiatravels.com>” or similar from converiatravels. Please report this to your cybersecurity department if you receive such an email. These are not from us or from your conference accommodations.

None of your information is made publicly available on the indico page, outside of the named list of organizers and invited speakers (with no emails attached), so we assume this scam comes from a google search for your emails. We nonetheless apologize.
