Changes for Experiment Submissions - MMS-EEC & SAP-EEC

[Science Division]

Dear TRIUMF Users & Experimenters,

We have made a number of changes to the submission process for progress 
reports and new proposals. If you go to the Spokespersons' Dashboard and 
start a progress report for one of your experiments, you will see the 
changes that have been made. These changes are also in place for new 
proposals. However, as with the normal procedure, you will need to 
request a new experiment number from sciencediv at triumf.ca in order to 
create a new proposal.

_*Short summary of the changes:*_
- added a Safety Coordinator checkbox on the membership list
- removed commitment percentages on the membership list
*MMS*
- re-formatted and added fields for the MMS progress reports and 
proposals (ie. the Beam Shift Requests sections)
- added yes/no questions in the Safety and Detailed Statement sections 
for MMS progress reports and proposals
*PIF/NIF/MIF*
- added a section for PIF/NIF/MIF, including updated facilities for 
progress reports and proposals
*SAP*
- re-formatted the ISAC I & ISAC II Facilities list for SAP LOIs, 
progress reports, and proposals
- added yes/no question in the Experiment Facility section for SAP LOIs, 
progress reports, and proposals

The attached document has an overview of the changes that have been made.
