Dear TRIUMF Users, Experimenters, and Staff,
This is a friendly reminder regarding the submission of Safety Reports for Beam Schedule 142:
IMPORTANT: If your experiment was scheduled, please note the following as your prepare for your experiment:
* Experimenters are responsible for submitting Safety Reports in a timely manner. To allow for adequate time for review, safety reports MUST be submitted to sciencediv at triumf.ca<mailto:sciencediv at triumf.ca> at least two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled beam time in order to guarantee that beam time. µSR experimenters must also include a Sample Handling Form with their safety report (attached and available here<https://documents.triumf.ca/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-24820/%C2%B5SR%20Sample%20Handling%20Disposition%20form%20v.5.pdf>).
* Facility Coordinators and/or Safety Reviewers may request that Safety Reports be submitted earlier than the two (2) weeks in advance deadline. Experimenters will be contacted if that is the case.
* TRIUMF reserves the right to withhold beam time if safety reports are missing or incomplete.
For further information about running your experiment, please visit https://www.triumf.ca/research-program/running-experiments.
A note on TRIUMF House:
Experimenters can use one of the following codes when booking a room online at TRIUMF House:

Subject: Beam Schedule 142 ACTIVE Online
Importance: High
Dear TRIUMF Users, Experimenters, and Staff,
Beam Schedule 142 has been promoted to ACTIVE status: https://mis.triumf.ca/schedule/view?schedule=142&revision=ACTIVE. Thank you for all your comments & suggestions. Note some minor changes to the ISAC schedule have occurred since the draft was released:
* The order of S1723 (GRIFFIN), S2197 (TITAN) and S2037 (EMMA) in the UC+RILIS block in early August has been changed to suit experimenters' schedules.
* S2184 (GRIFFIN) and S1188 (TRINAT) has been added to the UC+RILIS block in late August.
* S2044LOI (TITAN) beam development has been moved to the UC+IGLIS block at the end of September.
Corresponding re-ordering of the OLIS schedule has been made where necessary to provide pilot beams for accelerated beam experiments.
