This free course consists of two short Zoom sessions and an online module, and it covers foundational ideas relevant to all researchers in science including: responsibilities in scientific research, conflicts of interest, authorship, reproducibility, data design and confirmation bias, and responsible data collection and reporting. Unlike many research ethics modules, the RCR Course explores everyday ethical “grey areas” that you will regularly encounter in your research (both as students and later in your careers).



Dates for the 2021-22 course are as follows:

I.                     Tuesday, September 21 and Tuesday, October 5, 10:00-12:00, held virtually on Zoom

II.                   Tuesday, February 1 and Tuesday, February 15, 10:00-12:00, held virtually on Zoom

III.                 May/June session TBA
