conference organized by the Division of Theoretical Physics (DTP) of the
Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP). First and foremost, I wanted
to thank you for your involvement in making this conference possible.
Since Theory Canada 17 welcomes contributions from all theoretical
physicists, including women, LGBTQ+ individuals, Indigenous peoples,
visible minorities, and people with disabilities, I also turn to you
with this open call and invitation to all interested students of physics
to attend. We strive to create a respectful and inclusive environment
for everyone.
Please circulate this invitation and the attached poster amongst the
graduate physics students at your institute. Thanks in advance for your
