Hi GAPS members,

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to secure a GAPS-subsidized ticket to Frankenstein at VIFF this Saturday is by end of day today.

GAPS members will meet at the VIFF centre, located in downtown Vancouver at 1181 Seymour Street, this Saturday (November 1) for a 3:30 pm screening of Frankenstein.
Please RSVP using the form linked below and pay $5 to Iris Halilović by 5 pm today. Cash or e-transfer is welcome. You can reach Iris via teams, email (ihalilovic at triumf.ca<mailto:ihalilovic at triumf.ca>), or at 230-30 on L1 of ISAC-II.
Remember, if you are a student and are able to bring a valid student ID to the theatre, please indicate that on the form so that a student ticket can be purchased for you.

If you want to experience Guillermo del Toro’s interpretation of Mary Shelley’s classic novel Frankenstein then you must join us at the VIFF centre on Saturday, November 1st at 3:30 pm! If you haven’t already, we recommend that you watch both trailers in the following order:

If you’re a fan of the grotesque and abject like our pal Guillermo is then please join us for an epic movie experience!

GAPS will subsidize the cost of the ticket so that graduate students and postdocs each pay $5 for their ticket. However, to help us reduce costs, if you are a graduate student please indicate that on the RSVP form so that we can purchase a student ticket for you (you will also need to bring your student ID at the entrance).

To indicate your interest please fill out the RSVP form below and pay $5 to Iris Halilović by 5 pm on Tuesday, October 28.
