[Mathematica] Mathematica License usage

I'd like to remind everyone that there is a limited number of
Mathematica licenses that are shared among all Mathematica users at 
TRIUMF.  Please close Mathematica when you are not using it to ensure 
that the license reservation is released.

The licenses purchased by TRIUMF are due for renewal in November and we 
are considering increasing the number to meet the demand at TRIUMF. 
Therefore, it's important to know the true requirements.
