[Particle-physics-affiliated] ACOT Particle Physics parallel session

Dear Colleagues,

The ACOT Particle Physics parallel session will take place on Thursday November 1st 
in the MOB Conference room from 4:30pm - 6pm.

The ACOT chair requested that there be only one overview/strategy talk + a round
table discussion with verbal updates from all the projects (If you have a recent result or
a nice picture to show, I assume we could accommodate that, but no slides are requested). 

We will cover the request for an overview talk by having Beatrice present the talk that she is
preparing for the International Peer Review that has essentially a similar focus. This will also
give a nice practice for this talk. Beatrice will circulate the slides early next week before ACOT
takes place on Thursday.
