[Particle-physics-affiliated] ACOT Particle Physics parallel session

Dear Colleagues,

I uploaded slides for Thursday’s ACOT Particle Physics parallel session to the last PP Dept. meeting.

There are a few into slides on the departments compositions (PP and SciTech from Fabrice). I added a
slide on recent schools and workshops and the proposed agenda from the ACOT chair. Let me know if 
there are other conferences and workshops that we could add.

For the overview/strategy talk, remember we consider this a practice talk for the International
Peer Review talk by Beatrice with similar focus. It is hard to cover everything here while focusing on the main 
messages but I think Beatrice has done a nice presentation here, thanks to all your input.
This talk has already received feedback from Reiner, Jon and Jens.

Please send comments on the talk to Beatrice and myself.

For the round table conversation, please be prepared to verbally summarize recent developments for
your experiment since the last ACOT during the meeting. If you would like to show a recent result or plot, please
send it to me. I will add it to the backup of the intro slides and we can flash it when we do the round table. 

Also: Please let your students and postdocs know of the ACOT Particle Physics parallel session
on Thursday from 4:30pm - 6pm in the MOB conference room. All welcome.
