Also as mentioned during the meeting, please send us suggestions for poster speakers and titles, ideally by Wednesday July 14th . The poster session will take place August 17th in the afternoon. The quotas we have are given below:


     *   Poster session (15-20 total across the lab)
        *   Particle Physics (experiment) 3-4
        *   SciTech 1
        *   SciComp 1
        *   Theory 2

We will have our next Particle Physics Meeting on Thursday July 8th at 12:30pm.

Since the first phase of the TRIUMF’s 20 year vision process is completed we thought it would
be good to have a discussion on the summaries from the four PP related Topical Groups. The idea is to
identify overlaps and common themes and have a pre-(internal) discussion before Science Week in August.

We will have four presentations on summaries from four Topical Groups followed by some discussion.
