[Particle-physics-affiliated] Next Particle Physics meeting tomorrow Thursday March 10th / next 5YP Planning within Particle Physics for 2025-2030

Dear Colleagues,

Following up on our meeting yesterday we proceed with the next 5YP Planning within Particle Physics for 2025-2030.
I would like to distribute a new link to select times during both the week of March 28th and 4 days during the week of April 4th.

As discussed yesterday, the idea is to have ~10min talks for ongoing projects as well as new initiatives in the 2025-2030 window.
The talks should include science goals, infrastructure and staffing needs, potential synergies, etc (anything else you feel is relevant)
I foresee we need something like 3x~2h sessions (spread across the 2 weeks) to allow for enough discussion.

For now please fill out the poll by early next week and then we will start creating the agenda.

We will have our next Particle Physics Meeting tomorrow Thursday at 12:30.
We can discuss (among other things) the new TRIUMF organizational structure and the forthcoming 5 year planning exercise.

So for those comfortable to join and interested, it will be at 5pm tomorrow (Thursday). I reserved a table under TRIUMF upstairs (they have two levels).
