Apologies for not being able to accommodate everyone’s availability, but not surprisingly it is hard.

Following up on our meeting yesterday we proceed with the next 5YP Planning within Particle Physics for 2025-2030.
I would like to distribute a new link to select times during both the week of March 28th and 4 days during the week of April 4th.

As discussed yesterday, the idea is to have ~10min talks for ongoing projects as well as new initiatives in the 2025-2030 window.
The talks should include science goals, infrastructure and staffing needs, potential synergies, etc (anything else you feel is relevant)
I foresee we need something like 3x~2h sessions (spread across the 2 weeks) to allow for enough discussion.
For now please fill out the poll by early next week and then we will start creating the agenda.
