For next Tuesday’s session on the new initiatives, we have the auditorium booked and make this a hybrid meeting (I just checked and I got Zoom running there).

For those on site I was going to order some Pizza for the gap between 1-2pm. But I would like to see how many people would join, so simply just briefly reply to just me on this email so I have a ball-park.

We start tomorrow with presentations towards the 5YP Planning for 2025-2030 in preparation for the PSD retreat in May.

Following up on our meeting yesterday we proceed with the next 5YP Planning within Particle Physics for 2025-2030.
I would like to distribute a new link to select times during both the week of March 28th and 4 days during the week of April 4th.

As discussed yesterday, the idea is to have ~10min talks for ongoing projects as well as new initiatives in the 2025-2030 window.
The talks should include science goals, infrastructure and staffing needs, potential synergies, etc (anything else you feel is relevant)
I foresee we need something like 3x~2h sessions (spread across the 2 weeks) to allow for enough discussion.

For now please fill out the poll by early next week and then we will start creating the agenda.
