[Particle-physics-affiliated] ACOT - parallel and poster session

Dear Colleagues,

As announced in last week’s townhall, the dates for ACOT are fixed for April 25-27.
The format will be the same as last time - is what I was told by Petr.

The parallel session will be on Tuesday this time, so April 26th. I assume we will again have a slide deck
with research highlights which we can rehearse during our monthly Particle Physics meeting slot on April 14th.

The poster session will take place on Wednesday April 27th.  Between Particle Physics, SciTech and SciComp, we
can have up to 7 posters. Please send me your poster presenter suggestions with titles by end of next week.
