[Particle-physics-affiliated] ACOT - parallel and poster session

Dear Colleagues,

I was told that the pre-recording for the ACOT talks will take place on April 8th (10am to 12pm) and April 11th (8am to 10am)
Particle Physics / Science Technology / Data Science will take place on April 11th.

This quite early! -  I was hoping we could use our regular monthly Particle Physics slot for the rehearsal, but that does not work, so I will prepare the slides together
with the help of SciTech and SciComp and share them and give a practice talk next week on April 7th at our usual 12:30 time. I send another invite for that.

Dear Colleagues,

As announced in last week’s townhall, the dates for ACOT are fixed for April 25-27.
The format will be the same as last time - is what I was told by Petr.

The parallel session will be on Tuesday this time, so April 26th. I assume we will again have a slide deck
with research highlights which we can rehearse during our monthly Particle Physics meeting slot on April 14th.

The poster session will take place on Wednesday April 27th.  Between Particle Physics, SciTech and SciComp, we
can have up to 7 posters. Please send me your poster presenter suggestions with titles by end of next week.
