I made a pass at desk assignments which you can review in the seat map at:

For this summer, our desk space needs are far beyond the available seating in MOB, so we need to use Trailer Ff.  In assigning desks, I tried to stick to the following:

  *   Postdocs and graduate students at TRIUMF for extended periods have seats in MOB
  *   People stay where they are already seated
  *   People working together or on related projects are seated near each other

Feedback in the arrangement is welcome.

Adrian Lee is working on access to the trailer.  There should be a keypad system installed from mid-May.  In the meantime, I think we can make an arrangement for it to be unlocked in the mornings.

I would also like to request that you consider a desk in Trailer Ff for anyone that is primarily working from home.  The space in MOB is very limited and valuable, so we would like to use it efficiently.
