Best, Oliver

Subject: ACOT Parallel Session transition in Auditorium Request
Good afternoon Oliver,

Hope you’re doing well and this e-mail finds you well.

Can we utilize your group after the ACOT parallel session on Monday when it ends at 4 pm to help clear the Auditorium of the chairs and tables? We have under 1-hour to transition the Auditorium setup to reception. Peake of Catering needs the Auditorium to be all good to go for their own setup – I believe 4:15 pm at the latest.

The setup arrangement is as follows:

  * Individual chairs lined along both sides of the walls
  * Tables at the back wall for the reception spread
  * Rest of chairs and tables tucked into the storage room

I would ask Plant Group but I heard that most of them are off at 3 pm.

Let me know if you think you and your group can help assist with this. I’ll try my best to be present to lend a hand and provide direction.

Kind Regards,

Betty Tran
