We are busy beginning of next week with 1:5 selector tests at TRIUMF so I won’t have much time until then.

Let's have a conference committee meeting to prepare and go through a few things before the Collaboration meeting! If needed, we can have another brief one right before Seattle. I've included the whole next two weeks in the When2Meet poll<https://www.when2meet.com/?21225398-7PgQw>, please respond by Friday in case we can already find a suitable time for next week.
The main agenda items will be:

- Survey questions from the conference/publication point of view (cf. Slack channel), planned to be included in the climate survey (Jenni/Chloé)
- PIONEER website at TRIUMF (Chloé)
- Statistics on conference contributions so far (Jenni)
- Overview of conferences for the rest of the year (Jenni)
- List of potential conferences and workshops for next year (all)
